What to Expect When Your Expecting Youth to Succeed
What should you expect when your expecting to spark youth development? Many times we are so caught up in the program we forget to focus the youth we are servicing. It is important for leadership and linemen to understand what positive youth development is and how it can enhance program success. Participants will be given active learning opportunities to create and support a program rich with positive youth development.

This session focuses on AZ Out of School Time quality standard VII. – Program Evaluation and Data. Through active learning participants will understand the best resources that will meet their needs with data and evaluation. They will be exposed to the benefits from continuous quality improvement systems that will benefit staff, family and students.
