Incorporating Expert Physical Education Methods for Youth Sports Programs
This is an active session with participants experiencing a variety of interactive games that demonstrate how to manage students effectively. “Teaching Moments” will be highlighted in the context of the activities with feedback sought from participants regarding adaptations they might recommend for different teaching situations. A combination of basic sports equipment will be used/referenced to demonstrate how the management activities can be applied to multiple sports and done effectively in limited spaces.
