Next In the Out-of-School Time Leadership Series
AzCASE is excited to announce the second session of our 2017 Leadership Series, designed to help out-of-school time youth program leaders and managers strengthen their skills and programs!
In one full-day training, we’re bringing two topics and trainers to you!
Studies show that managers who demonstrate Emotional Intelligence (“EI”) are more likely to have employees who are productive, engaged, and invested in their work. Join Executive Coach Rebecca Glenn for a 4-hour intensive workshop that will teach you the science behind EI as well as practical tools and insights that will help you to better build positive, professional and productive relationships with staff, manage your emotions in stressful situations, and strengthen your leadership skills!
“A failure to plan is a plan for failure,” right? Well, a strategic plan is a plan for success! NAA Afterschool Ambassador Jeremy King will present a 2-hour interactive workshop that will help you craft a strategic plan that will maximize your resources, energize your staff with a shared vision, and create the best possible program for youth! You’ll receive a template for your program’s strategic plan that includes intentional programming, staff training, mission statement-alignment, youth voice and choice, and more!
Registration is only $45 and includes lunch. Space is Limited for this one-time session.
