You have been registered for 2021 Arizona School’s Out, Make It Count Conference. Here is the information you need to know. Please read this document to prepare for the conference, do not wait until the day of the conference to familiarize yourself with this knowledge.

Which Building: The West Building is on the west side of 3rd street between Monroe and Washington.
Where to enter: The doors on the west side of 3rd street are the best doors to enter through to get to the conference.
Light Rail: Due to parking availability and other downtown events, we encourage use of the Light Rail & Carpooling.

Parking: You may park at any public parking lot downtown. We have secured a discounted parking rate at the Convention Center’s East Garage at the rate of $9 per vehicle. This garage is located at 601 E. Washington St.
Garage only. Note: there may be parking spaces closer to the conference than we can secure discounted parking for. You are not required to park in the discounted parking. You are permitted to park in any legal parking spot available. To get the discount you MUST have the coupon which will be available 30 days prior to the conference on our website We must have your current email address on file. Please confirm with the person who registered you that they submitted your correct email address so we can contact you with any event updates and information. We are working on securing additional discounted parking and will send that information via email.
Watch: Please watch the Conference 101 video which will be posted on our website 30 days prior to the conference.
Lunch: When you were registered for the conference, lunch options were submitted for you. Please confirm the person who registered you for the conference chose the proper lunch for you. We may not be able to accommodate you day of the event if you didn’t specify prior to the conference.
What to bring: you should bring a light jacket as some rooms get chilly. Help us take care of mother earth and bring a refillable water bottle. There are water coolers spaced throughout the convention center you can use to refill your water bottle.
How to Stay Updated: Make sure the AzCASE office has your current email address matched with your conference registration. Please confirm with the person who registered you that they submitted your correct email address so we can to send you information and updates.
ADA Needs: Familiarize yourself with the ADA services of the Phoenix Convention Center https://www.phoenixconventioncenter.com/ADA. If you need additional services please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to conference day so that we may help to make additional arrangements for you.
Exhibitors: Check our website starting October 1st for a list of exhibitors you can visit in the Exhibit Hall
Workshops: When you were registered, you were signed up for workshops at that time.
Attire: Business casual attire.
Wi-Fi & Electronics: Please keep cell phones and small electronics use during the conference limited to use related to the conference. Step outside of the meeting rooms to take personal calls, text, or send emails so as to not disturb the other attendees. Due to the limitations of the Phoenix Convention Center, we are not able to provide Wi-Fi complimentary. It is available for purchase on the day of the event. Find out at the Registration desk about how to purchase Wi-Fi.
Hotel: AzCASE has secured several discounted hotel room rates for attendees needing overnight accommodations.

Refunds & Cancellations: All name changes/attendee substitutions must be made by 10.20.2021. Not doing so may result in additional registration fees. Cancellations must be sent in writing to email@example.com by October 1, 2021, to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations after that date, including no-shows, are non-refundable. All refunds, if given, will be less any monies spent by AzCASE to fulfill agreement up to cancellation date. After October 1, 2021 individuals or organizations with confirmed registrations or reservations are liable for all related registration fees, including payments that have not yet been received by AzCASE at the time of cancellation. We are unable to make exceptions for emergencies; however, you may send a substitute in the place of a registered attendee, substitute name changes must be changed by you or your manager in the registration system online no later than October 20, 2021. Please note that refund checks will be issued after the Conference.
Photo Release: Please be aware that photographs may be taken of conference attendees during participation in the Conference. By attending the Conference, you grant Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence the right to photograph you and to use your likeness, without compensation, in any publicity or promotional publications (e.g. website, social media, programs, brochures, etc.), and you release Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence from all liability in connection therein. To opt-out of photo release, please submit the request in writing and send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
