The Be Kind People Project
Join The Be Kind People Project for “Kindness for All,” an interactive session that will give you the tools to engage youth with special needs in your OST programming. Featuring the energetic Be Kind Crew, you’ll learn how the inclusion of kindness can help all youth succeed!
Playworks Arizona
For over 20 years Playworks has been transforming schools and programs throughout the country, creating fun, safe and supportive spaces for youth. In “Power of Play,” a hands-on, interactive workshop, Playworks Arizona trainers will teach you new games, activities and strategies that will create healthy and fun play in your program!
Arizona 4-H Youth Development
A School’s Out, Make It Count favorite is back for 2017! “STEM on the Cheap 4.0” will introduce you to all-new STEM activities for your program! This session is hands-on from start to finish, and will provide you with everything you need to lead these fun (and affordable!) activities – including a CD with all of the activities and curriculum!
Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona
For more than 20 years Free Arts has been successfully delivering creative and therapeutic arts programs to thousands of Arizona youth who have faced abuse, neglect and homelessness. In “Art Heals: Combining Art with Intention,” you’ll learn how to use the Free Arts model in your program to encourage mental and emotional growth, self-expression, skill development, hope and resilience in youth.
Childsplay is a nationally and internationally respected theatre company that provides high-quality arts education in dozens of communities throughout Arizona. Join Katie’B Jarvis and other top Childsplay presenters for “Strengthening Social & Emotional Learning through Drama,” a highly-interactive workshop that will give you techniques and activities to support SEL through creative play and storytelling!
